Sturdy enclosure solutions also available in small batch sizes – ROSE presents reliable enclosures for everyday industrial applications and foodstuffs production

ROSE Systemtechnik's tried-and-tested industrial enclosures made of various materials are used in all sectors of industry. At this year's Hanover Trade Fair, the manufacturer is showing a selection from its comprehensive range.

Thanks to their universal design, ROSE Systemtechnik's enclosures are ideal for the installation of mechanical, electrical and electronic components. The company – based in Porta Westfalica – is showing a range of aluminium, polyester and stainless-steel enclosures and variants on Stand E49 in Hall 12 at the Hanover Trade Fair 2017.

Aluform, for example, is an attractive, die-cast enclosure consisting of a high-quality aluminium alloy with an agate grey (RAL 7038) finish. This enclosure is ready-prepared for installation of front membranes and membrane keypads, and provides ingress protection of IP 66. The PU seal and high temperature resistance of -40° to +90°C make this enclosure suitable for an extremely broad range of applications.

ROSE Systemtechnik also produces a range of different designs of stainless-steel enclosures which, thanks to their high durability, can safely be used in the chemicals and foodstuffs industries.

ROSE demonstrates the benefits of its standard polyester enclosures in the fields of mechanical engineering and automation. These long-established enclosure solutions consist of a fibre-glass-reinforced polyester thermoset with an RAL 7000 (squirrel grey) finish, and provide ingress protection of IP 66. Facilities for fitting of DIN rails and mounting plates are another important feature.
